Click on the following link to view a police video of a field sobriety test does not follow the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Standard Field Sobriety Tests. A criminal defense lawyer should be able to get the Field Sobriety Tests and the cruiser video evidence suppressed.
View the video where a drunk cowboy gets pulled over, and gets tricked into confessing that he's drunk (sorry about the commercial before the video).

Please, somebody tell me this is footage created as a joke? Since when is learning a dance routine a test of anyone's sobriety? What a horrible joke.
Editors Note: It does appear to be a joke. The officer failed to follow the standard field sobriety test procedures established by the National Highway Safety Traffic Administration. See more about these procedures elsewhere in this blog.

Very funny, but anyone pulled over for a DUI should be more intelligent.
