Motion to Suppress in DUI Cases

In the defense of a DUI in Kentucky, a Motion to Suppress is critical. 

There are two reasons why a Motion to Suppress should be brought in every DUI case:  First, to exclude evidence against the accused which is not normally admissible. Second, to evaluate how strong the Commonwealth's case is against the accused.
