Louisville Corrections Officer Arrested for DUI

Louisville police arrested Christopher Hornback, 34, a Louisville Kentucky Metro Corrections officer and charged him with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and having no insurance  on December 7, 2006. Hornback fled the scene of an injury accident at Third Street and Manslick roads about 10:30 p.m.

Police found Hornback walking away from the accident along railroad tracks.  Hornback admitted to drinking and driving one of the vehicles involved in the accident.

Both Hornback and the victim in the other vehicle received minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals.
